By accessing or using SumCal (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SumCal is a mobile application and website that provides:

You must be at least 13 years old to use SumCal. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New users receive a 3-day free trial of Premium features. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account (mobile) or Stripe (web).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Refunds are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe according to their policies. Contact us at support@sumcal.com for refund requests.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period.
You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. By using SumCal, you grant us a license to:

SumCal, including its design, features, code, and content (TCM quotations, Calorie Classes, etc.), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
SumCal is NOT a medical device. It is a wellness tool. The App provides calorie estimates, health insights, and educational content—but it is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
